Below I explain where that amount comes from and when one page is really enough.
Every quote hides a different scope
The price lists and quotes you find in Google put a landing page anywhere between 500 zł for a template and 7 000 zł for an individual design, and the gap comes not only from quality but above all from what each of them counts: the design alone, a finished page, or the page together with its copy. Before you compare amounts, check the four things below, because they move the price the most.
A landing page is one page with one job, for example collecting inquiries about one service. The more sections, offer variants and subpages you add, the closer you get to a business site, which costs more but also does more. My line is simple: one page is the Simple website package, up to six pages is the Business site.
It is the item most quotes skip. Many price lists assume you will deliver the text, and then it turns out you have nowhere to get it from. Within the package I suggest what to write in each section and edit what you send. I don't write copy from scratch, because it has to come out of what only you know about your business, and the guidelines with the editing turn a blank page into a list of questions you can answer.
A template for a few hundred złoty and a design from scratch are two different products under the same name. I design every site individually, but I do not start from a blank sheet at your expense: first I show you a vision of the site, and only after you approve it do you pay the first instalment.
The contact form is included and works from day one, with Turnstile bot protection. If you need more, for example steps and conditional fields, attachments, or a connection to a calendar, CRM, spreadsheet, booking system or autoresponder, the extended form is a 500 zł add-on and I name it right away in my reply to your inquiry. Payments and similar integrations outside that list I quote separately before I start, so you never learn about them from the invoice.

The price covers the finished site, not just the design
The Simple website package is a landing page designed and deployed on your domain, with a contact form, domain setup, the site submitted to Google and Bing, and help with the copy. It costs 2 900 zł at the introductory price for contracts signed by 31 October 2026, and 3 500 zł at list price. Both amounts are final, because I operate under the Polish VAT exemption, so no tax is added on top.
Delivery takes 7 business days, counted from the day I have the complete materials. You pay in two instalments of 50%: the first once you approve the vision of the site, the second after handover of the finished site, which you review in full beforehand on a test address, one for every uploaded version.
At handover I measure the PageSpeed Insights performance score on the production URL and guarantee a minimum of 95 points on every page covered by the order. If it comes in lower, I fix it at no extra cost, and if the score is still lower after two weeks, I take 20% of the package price off the second instalment.

With a landing page the biggest cost after launch is usually not the hosting but the person who looks after the site. So instead of one subscription you choose between two plans or none.
Registered in your name and paid by you directly to the registrar. I help you pick a registrar that stays a good deal at renewal too and set the domain up within the package price. I do not resell domains, so it is never included in any of my prices.

What a website without a subscription costs WordPress or a custom-built site
One page is enough when it has one job
A landing page makes sense when you know where people arrive from: an ad, a link in a profile or one search in Google, and when it has to do one thing, most often send an inquiry about one service. A page like that needs no menu and no subpages, and every extra section only pulls away from the job.
A business site is the better buy when you have several services and each of them has to be found in Google on its own, or when the client wants to see your work and get to know the company before getting in touch. Then instead of cramming everything onto one page you get up to six pages, each for one service, with its own title and description in Google results, for 5 200 zł in 14 business days.
There is a third case too: you only need a page with an address, opening hours and a phone number, you do not plan to grow it and you will fill in the content yourself. Then a site builder for a few dozen złoty a month is enough and there is no reason to pay me 2 900 zł. The line is whether the site has to bring in customers, because then speed, content and whether Google shows it at all start to matter.
What you ask before deciding
Sometimes, yes. If you only want to check whether the offer interests anyone at all, a template for a few hundred złoty or a site builder is a sensible test and I will say so plainly. The cheapest price lists I found start at 500 zł for a page on a ready-made template, and my 2 900 zł buys what that amount does not include: a design built around your offer, work on the copy and a performance score I measure at handover.

Yes, and you do not have to decide now. A new section on the existing page costs 300 zł and a new page 600 zł, at any time, long after handover too. Another developer can extend it as well, because the code is yours.

Yes, and it is a common setup: the business site tells the story of the whole business, and the landing page collects inquiries about one service or from one campaign, for example a Google ad. I then build it as a separate site in the Simple website package, on your domain or a subdomain of it. If I built your business site too, a new page for 600 zł is sometimes the cheaper way, and I say so right away in my reply to your inquiry.
