I build websites for small businesses: they load instantly and are designed for the phone first, because that's where your customers will most often see them. I run every project personally, from the first conversation to launch, with no subcontractors and no surprises in the price.

Pricing
The price is not a secret
In Poland, quotes for building a website range from 500 zł to 50 000 zł, and the amount alone does not tell you what it covers, how long the build takes or what you pay extra for later. That's why instead of a price range you get a published price list: the full price, the full scope and a deadline in business days.

Introductory prices apply to contracts signed by 31 October 2026, after which the list prices return. All amounts are final: I operate under the Polish VAT exemption, so no tax is added on top of the prices shown.
You pay in two instalments of 50%, the second only after you approve the finished site. I describe how the collaboration runs, step by step, in the Process section.
The things that most often come up during a project or after handover have fixed prices, so an extra charge is never a surprise. You prepare the copy with my help, photos and a logo come from you, and anything not on this list I quote separately, before I start.

Maintenance
Maintenance comes in two plans: Hosting covers running the site, SSL, monitoring and backups, and Care adds unlimited content changes made within 48 hours. When you want to update your price list, opening hours or photos, you send me an email and I take care of the rest. The domain itself is always registered in your name and paid directly to the registrar. I help you pick a registrar that stays a good deal at renewal too and set the domain up. I don't resell it, so it is never included in any of my prices.

A content change means changing what's already on the site: text, photos, prices, opening hours. New pages and sections have fixed prices in the add-ons above, and anything else is quoted separately, before I start.
Both plans are optional. You get the site with its full code, and if you prefer your own hosting from the start, I prepare the site for that provider within the package price, contact form included. The Care plan is only available together with my hosting, so without Care each content change is a separate job at 150 zł, as listed in the add-ons above. When Care is paid a year upfront, cancelling does not refund the fee, and the site stays on my hosting until the end of the paid year.
You can cancel the subscription at any time, and the site and the domain belong to you all along.
Ownership
The Polish web has seen too many stories of a website that vanished together with its developer, because the domain was registered in their name and the client never got the code. So with me the domain is always in your name, you get the full code as a package at handover, and you use my hosting only for as long as you want to.
Domain
Registered in your name and paid by you directly to the registrar.
Site code
You get it as a package at handover, together with a build ready to upload to any hosting.
Hosting
With me only for as long as you want it: on a plan from the price list above, cancellable at any time.
Updates
After every content change you get a fresh package, so you hold the same version that is live.
Performance report
You get the PageSpeed Insights measurement from handover together with the site, with a guaranteed minimum of 95 performance points.
Migration
The site itself runs on any hosting without code changes; only the contact form needs re-wiring. Any developer can do it, or I can, as an add-on from the price list.
The domain is registered to your details and paid by you directly at the registrar, so there is never a moment when I would have to hand it over to you. The code comes at handover as a package: the sources together with the built version, ready to upload to any host, and after every fix you get an up-to-date package. After cancelling, the site stops running on my hosting but stays entirely yours, because the same files run at any provider. On a move, only the contact form needs separate configuration, and later content changes need the site rebuilt, so that is work for a developer, yours or mine as an add-on from the price list.
The whole collaboration is five steps, from your first inquiry to the published site, and at each one you can see what you pay at that point. The first two cost nothing: first you see the vision for your site, and only after you approve it does the work start, billed in two instalments of 50%.
Choosing a package
The price list is right on this page, so you know the price and the timeline before you even write. After your inquiry I confirm whether the package covers what you need, and if it doesn't, I say so plainly, before you pay anything.
0 zł
Site vision
After we talk, I prepare a vision of your site: the visual direction and the layout of the homepage. Until you approve it, you pay nothing, and if we don't reach an agreement, we part ways at no cost.
0 zł
Kickoff and materials
Once the vision is approved, we gather the materials. Photos and a logo come from you, the copy you prepare with my help, and the timeline from the price list starts counting once the materials are complete.
1st instalment, 50%
Build on a test address
I build the site on a test address: every uploaded version gets its own address, so you watch the progress as it happens, can compare versions with each other, and send feedback during the work, straight to me, not only at the end.
Handover and launch
You review the finished site in full and only after your approval do you pay the second instalment. I publish the site on your domain, registered in your name from day one, and on the hosting you choose from the price list: on my subscription or entirely on your own. Along with the site you receive its full code.
2nd instalment, 50%
I confirm the price and the deadline in step one, from the price list on this page, and both numbers hold to the end of the project. The deadline, 7 business days for a simple website and 14 for a business site, runs from the day I have the complete materials, so if photos or copy arrive later, it moves by the same number of days. Payment splits into two equal instalments: the first once you approve the vision, the second once you sign off the finished site, and the first conversation and the vision itself cost nothing. Nothing is added to the price unless you order it yourself: add-ons carry fixed prices in the list above, and work outside that list I quote before I start it.
Work
This is what the business site you order from me looks like
Kocham Fotografować is the site of wedding photographer Adrianna Czesny, built as the Business site package and maintained under the Care plan. It is live at kochamfotografowac.pl in Polish and English, so instead of a mockup you are looking at a real, working site through which clients ask about available dates.
A site that has to sell with photographs and collect availability inquiries from couples planning a wedding in Poland or abroad.
Scope
Eight sections: selected work, weddings, wedding stories, couples’ reviews, studio sessions, about, questions and contact. An inquiry form with date, venue and budget. An English version for couples from abroad. The homepage is live today and the next subpages are being built.
The domain is registered to the client, the site runs on my hosting under the Care plan, and content changes such as a new review or new photos go live within 48 hours.

3/33/3Agentic browsing
The gauges show all four categories of the Google PageSpeed Insights report on the mobile profile, the stricter of the two, plus a full pass on the agentic browsing checks.
I cannot put into words my gratitude and, at the same time, my delight at my new website!
I have been running my business for over 10 years, and a professional website was the element my company was missing. Until now I ended up with people who pretended they knew how to do this, and the result was a site that looked like it was from 15 years ago. Elements working incorrectly, forms that did not work… that is only a small tip of what I had to deal with. Today, for the first time, I feel that my website finally reflects my real level and highlights my skills instead of taking away from them. I am a wedding photographer working in Poland and across Europe. At last I feel that my website can underline my professionalism and is at a world-class level. Thank you, Patryk, for the incredible input and commitment… the hours of consultations and, finally, the end result. A result that will bring in new clients.
Adrianna wrote this review in Polish, and the text above is its English translation.
A slow website puts customers off before they get to your offer, and Google factors load speed into search rankings. So I design every site to a 100-point PageSpeed Insights target across all four categories, and in the performance category I guarantee a minimum of 95 points on every page at handover. Beyond those four categories I also check agentic browsing, the set of tests that show whether an AI assistant can read the page. You get the measurement report together with the site.
Target at handover, Google PageSpeed Insights report
100100Performance
How fast the page loads on a phone and on a computer, how quickly it responds to taps and whether nothing jumps around while it loads, measured through Core Web Vitals. Customers don't wait for a slow page, so fast loading translates directly into more inquiries.
100100Accessibility
Whether the site is comfortable to use with weaker eyesight or on a screen in full sunlight. The score covers contrast, the size of buttons and links, and keyboard and screen-reader use, so a customer does not give up over unreadable text or a button that is hard to hit.
100100Best practices
Whether the site meets today's security standards: an encrypted connection and code that runs without errors. The browser then has no reason to show warnings that undermine trust at the exact moment a customer is about to leave their details.
100100SEO
Whether Google understands the page and can show it for the right searches. Load speed is an official ranking signal on top of that, so a high score in the first category helps here as well.
3/33/3Agentic browsing
Whether the page can be read by a program that arrives instead of a person, an AI assistant putting together an answer for your customer, for example. If it cannot, your offer is not in that answer. The category is new and still experimental, and it holds three checks: whether the content can be read without looking at the page, whether the layout stays put while it loads, and whether the site has an llms.txt file, a short description of the business for AI assistants. There are no points or percentages here, only checks the site either passes or fails.
guaranteed minimum 95 performance
The site you are looking at scores 100 points in all four Google PageSpeed Insights categories, on mobile and on desktop, and it passes the full set of agentic browsing checks.
I guarantee a minimum PageSpeed Insights performance score of 95 on every page included in your order. I measure at handover on the production URL, mobile profile, as the median of three runs in the current version of PageSpeed Insights, and you get the report together with the site. If any page comes in lower, I fix it at no extra cost. If it is still lower after two weeks, I take 20% of the package price off the second instalment. The guarantee covers the site as I hand it over: scripts and changes introduced after handover, by you or by anyone other than me, fall outside it. A full 100 in all four categories, along with a full pass on the agentic browsing checks, is a design target rather than part of the guarantee.
Most clients ask for WordPress for one reason: to be able to change a price list, opening hours or a photo themselves. That's a fair need. But the panel is the smallest part of what WordPress asks of you, because you have to keep up with updates to the system and to every plugin separately, and without them the site becomes an easy target. Once you hand the site to someone to look after, WordPress stops being cheap.
On your own
The system itself is free, but a site built on it isn't. Hosting and a paid page builder come to about 500 to 700 zł a year, and with paid plugins, by the hosting companies' own estimates, even a few thousand.
Then there's the work nobody mentions at the sale: WordPress ships several to a dozen updates a year, every plugin updates separately, and once you stop installing them you risk a breach, with a repair costing a few hundred zł and up.
The panel doesn't stand still either: in May 2026 it changed its look, and since April Elementor gives new sites a different editor, so where you find a setting today may be somewhere else next year.

With a care plan
If you don't want to deal with that, you hand the site to a care plan. WordPress administration starts at 160 to 175 zł net a month, often with a 6- or 12-month contract, hosting is billed separately, and in most of the cheaper plans content changes are outside the price at 70 to 150 zł an hour. That comes to 2 000 zł net a year and up, usually without a single content change included.
The Care plan costs 1 490 zł for a year upfront, is a final amount and includes hosting, backups, monitoring, unlimited content changes within 48 hours, 15% off add-ons and a yearly technical check-up with a report.

When does WordPress make sense?
When you publish several times a week and other people write for you: an editorial team, a news portal, a large blog. A business website that changes a few times a month is not that case, and I say so openly in my reply to your inquiry, even when you arrive with the decision already made.
These are the questions I hear most often before a project starts: about the price and payments, the timeline, the performance guarantee, who owns the site and what happens to it after launch. If yours isn't here, send it through the form at the bottom of the page. I reply within 2 business days.
How much does a business website cost?
The price and the full scope of both packages, from a single page to a full business site, are in the price list above, and those amounts are final. If what you need falls outside a package, I say so during our first conversation and quote it separately before you pay anything.
Is a 1 000 zł website worth it?
Sometimes, yes, and I'll say so plainly. If you need a single online business card to get started, don't plan to grow it and will write the content yourself, a site builder for a few dozen złoty a month is enough and there is no reason for you to pay me more. The line is drawn where the site is meant to bring you customers, because then speed, content and whether Google shows the site at all start to matter, and that is usually beyond a 1 000 zł template.
How long does it take to build a website?
I build a simple website in 7 business days and a business site in 14, counting from the moment I have all the materials. You get the deadline together with the price in my reply to your inquiry.
When do I pay for the site?
You pay the first instalment, half the package price, only after you approve the vision of your site, so you see the visual direction and the layout of the homepage before any money changes hands. The first conversation and the vision itself cost nothing, so if we don't find common ground, we part with no cost on your side. The second instalment comes after handover of the finished site, which you review in full on a test address beforehand.
What if the site doesn't reach the guaranteed score?
I guarantee a minimum PageSpeed Insights performance score of 95 on every page covered by the order, measured at handover, and you get the report together with the site. If any page comes in lower, I fix it at no extra charge, and if the score is still lower after two weeks, I take 20% of the package price off the second instalment. The full measurement terms and exclusions are at the end of the Performance section.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
No, and I say so up front, because this is the most common reason clients ask for WordPress. Instead of a panel to click through, you get me: on the Care plan you email me what needs to change and the edit goes live within 48 hours, with no limit on how many you request. Without the Care plan, each content change is a separate job for 150 zł. For a site that changes a few times a month this is faster than learning a panel, but if you want editing at your fingertips every day, say so at the start, because you probably need something other than what I offer.
WordPress or a custom-built site?
It comes down to how often the site changes and who changes it. If you publish several times a week and other people write for you, WordPress earns its keep and I'll tell you so in my reply to your inquiry, even if you arrive with your mind made up. If it's a business site you update a few times a month, in WordPress you're paying for a panel you barely use and for updates somebody has to run. You'll find the annual cost comparison with numbers in the WordPress section above.
Will the domain and the code be registered in my name?
Yes. The domain is registered with your details and you pay the registrar directly, so it never passes through my account. You get the full site code as a package at handover and after every later change, in a version ready to upload to any hosting. There is no moment where you have to ask me to hand over something that belongs to you.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, at any time, and with Care paid a year upfront at the end of the paid year. The site and the domain belong to you throughout, so cancelling takes nothing away from you, and moving the site to another provider has a fixed price in the add-ons above. The one thing worth knowing is that unlimited content changes are part of the Care plan, so after cancelling each one becomes a separate job for 150 zł.
What if the site goes down?
You don't have to watch it or guess who to call. On both plans I keep an eye on whether the site is up and deal with any outage myself, and backups make it possible to restore the site when we need to go back to an earlier version.
Will the site show up in Google?
I build the site so that Google has no trouble with it: the structure follows what your customers are searching for, and the pages load instantly, which is an official ranking signal. That is the foundation rather than search marketing, because I don't run SEO campaigns and won't promise a specific position, which also depends on your competition and on how much content the site gains over time. If your customers search locally, the biggest difference usually comes from a Google Business Profile. In the Business site package I set it up and link it to the site, included in the price.
Will my business show up in ChatGPT's answers?
It can, and I have the first proof: ChatGPT listed the Kocham Fotografować site as one of four recommended photographers when someone asked for a Polish wedding photographer for Tuscany, with no campaign and no subscription. The site was ready to be quoted: the content sits in the page code, there is a short description of the business for AI assistants, and the company details are described so a machine does not have to guess. There is no guarantee, because the model decides the answer, and the rest is done by reviews and a Google Business Profile. What exactly I do, and what it does not promise, I set out separately.
Yes, and they wouldn't have to ask me anything. I build business websites as static sites in Astro and Svelte, with no database and no plugins, and the finished site is ordinary files that run on any hosting without code changes. Only the contact form needs re-wiring with a new provider, and any developer can do it, or I can, as an add-on from the price list.
An inquiry through the form is not an order and commits you to nothing: you can write just for the price and the timeline, and decide later or not at all. I reply within 2 business days, with the amount from the price list and a deadline counted from the complete materials, and if your needs fall outside a package, I say so straight away: add-ons have fixed prices on the price list, and I quote work outside that list before we start. The first conversation and the vision of your site cost nothing, so the first money appears only once you approve that vision. The introductory prices apply to contracts signed by 31 October 2026.
