You pay once to have the site built, 2 900 zł for a simple website or 5 200 zł for a business site at the introductory price, and after that there is no fee payable to me that the site would depend on. What remains is the domain and the hosting, both outside the price: the domain is registered in your name, you get the full code at handover, and you choose the hosting yourself, with me on a plan you can cancel at any time, or with any provider. Below I set out what the site costs after launch in each of those cases and what happens when you leave.
No subscription
You pay once, and the site stays yours
A website without a subscription means here exactly what the name says: one price for the build and no recurring fee payable to me. A simple website costs 2 900 zł, a business site of up to six pages 5 200 zł, both amounts are final and both apply to contracts signed by 31 October 2026, after which the list prices of 3 500 and 6 500 zł return. The price includes design, deployment, help with the copy, a contact form with Turnstile bot protection, domain setup with submission to Google and Bing, a site readable by AI assistants and a guaranteed performance score with a report at handover. Below, item by item, is what is yours from day one.

Domain
Registered in your name and paid by you directly to the registrar, so it never passes through my account.
Site code
You get it as a package at handover: the sources together with a built version, ready to upload to any hosting.
Hosting
With me only for as long as you want, on the plan described below, cancellable at any time. Or with your own provider from day one.
Updates
After every content change you get a fresh package, so you hold the same version that is live.
Performance report
You get the PageSpeed Insights measurement from handover together with the site, with a guaranteed minimum of 95 performance points.
Migration
The same files run on any hosting without code changes, and what leaving looks like is set out below, step by step.
The guaranteed minimum of 95 points is there to see on a live site: kochamfotografowac.pl, built as the Business site package, scores 100/100 on desktop and mobile.

After handover, the only costs are the ones you choose. The domain is always paid directly to the registrar, on your own account, and I never include it in any price. Maintenance is your choice among three options: you can leave my hosting at any time, and come back for the same fixed 600 zł as the transfer from the price list.
Your own hosting
provider’s price list
You pay only for the domain and for hosting with the provider you choose, at their prices. You pay me nothing monthly.
The site prepared for your provider, within the package price
Contact form wired up with that provider
Full code and a build ready to upload
Content changes as separate jobs, 150 zł each
Monitoring and backups on your side
A year domain and hosting at your provider’s prices
Hosting
59 zł/mo
The site runs on my hosting, you pay monthly and cancel whenever you like. Content changes are still ordered separately.
Hosting and deployments
Domain and DNS setup
SSL certificate
Email forwarding
Site monitoring
Backups
A year 708 zł paid monthly
Care
149 zł/mo
Everything from the Hosting plan, plus unlimited content changes: you send an email, the edit goes live within 48 hours.
Unlimited content changes, made within 48 hours
15% off add-ons from the price list
A yearly technical check-up with a performance report
A year upfront 1 490 zł 2 months free
The first conversation and the vision of your site cost nothing, so the first money changes hands only once you approve that vision.
Both plans are optional and you cancel them at any time. A content change means changing what is already on the site: text, photos, prices, opening hours; new pages and sections have fixed prices in the add-ons. The Care plan is only available together with my hosting. The domain is never part of a plan: I help you pick a registrar that stays a good deal at renewal too, and set the domain up.
The simplest test of any no-subscription offer is asking what happens on the day you stop paying. The answer fits in four steps, and none of them needs my consent.
You write that you are cancelling
You cancel at any time, with no reason required. The plan ends, and Care paid a year upfront runs to the end of the paid year. The site and the domain are yours throughout, so there is nothing I would have to hand back.

You already have the current package
You have had the code since handover and after every content change, as a package with the sources and a build ready to upload, so on the day you leave you ask for nothing.
included
The site goes onto the new hosting
The same files run at any provider without code changes. Only the contact form needs separate wiring, and any developer can do it, or I can, as an add-on from the price list.
0 zł or 600 zł
The domain stays on your account
It was registered in your name from day one, so all that changes is the address the domain points to.
at the registrar
add-ons, Growing the site group: moving the site 600 zł, content change 150 zł
Moving the site from my hosting to another provider for 600 zł covers setup and upload at the new provider and re-wiring the form. After the move the site runs unchanged, and later content changes are made by a developer, yours or me.
Subscription sites
The problem is not the subscription, it is the lock-in
A subscription in itself is an honest model: you pay every month for something someone does for you every month. The trouble starts when the fee buys the right to the site rather than work. In subscription website offers the domain is sometimes registered to the provider, you often never get the site’s files, and the contract may run for a set term, so on the day you stop paying the site can simply disappear and you start from zero.
A second kind of fixed cost is not lock-in, but it is worth counting too: a WordPress site handed over to a care plan costs from 2 000 zł net a year for updates to plugins and the system, which a static site does not need. The figures and a three-year comparison are on a separate page, linked below.
When does a subscription site make sense? When you have no budget for the build today and treat the subscription as instalments, and the contract says plainly after how many payments the site becomes yours and what you get then. Before you sign, ask the four questions listed beside this text. My plan covers maintenance only, so you know the answers in advance.

Domain
Whose name is it registered in, and who has the registrar login? With me: yours, on your account, from day one.
Site files
Will you get the code and a build ready to upload elsewhere? With me: a package at handover and after every content change.
After the last payment
What is left once you stop paying? With me: everything, because the plan covers hosting and edits, not the site.
Contract length
How many months are you signing for, and what does ending early cost? With me: none, you cancel at any time, and with Care paid a year upfront the fee runs to the end of the paid year.
Does a website without a subscription mean I pay nothing after launch?
Almost. You pay for the domain every year directly to the registrar, as with any website, and you choose the hosting yourself: your own with any provider at their prices, or mine for 59 zł a month. Beyond that there is no fee payable to me, and content changes are ordered when you need them, at 150 zł each, or unlimited on the Care plan.
Can I put the site on my own hosting straight away?
Yes. If you prefer your own hosting from the start, I prepare the site for that provider within the package price, contact form included, and publish it on your domain. You then pay me nothing monthly.
Does owning the site mean I get the source code?
Yes, in the package at handover: the site’s sources together with the built version, ready to upload to any hosting, and after every later change an up-to-date package. You do not get repository access, because the built version is uploaded to hosting like ordinary files, and the sources are in the package, where any developer can make changes to the code.
Isn’t a website without a subscription more expensive?
At the start, yes, because you pay 2 900 zł or 5 200 zł once, whereas subscription offers often charge little or nothing up front and a fixed amount every month instead. The difference is what you have after a year: the site, the domain and the code as your own, and monthly costs limited to what you choose, from just the domain up to Care at 149 zł. On a subscription offer, after a year you are looking at another year of payments, unless the contract says otherwise, which is why it is worth asking before you sign.
An enquiry through the form below commits you to nothing: you can write just for the price and the timeline, and decide later or not at all.
