A website for photographers that collects booking inquiries
A photographer's site has to sell with photographs, load instantly on a phone and turn someone who has just looked at your frames into an inquiry with a date, a place and a budget. I built that kind of site for a wedding photographer, and if you photograph portraits, families or products, the same form asks for the type of session instead of a wedding date. Below I show what goes into a site like that at 5 200 zł and when it will be ready.
The site's job
A photographer's site has to sell with photographs and never make anyone wait for them
A builder, a WordPress theme and a site built to order all promise the same thing: a good-looking portfolio. The difference shows in four things a photographer's site has to do, because they decide whether a client writes to you after looking at your photographs, or to someone else.
Photographs that do not slow a phone down
Photographs sell only once they appear, and a client looks at them mostly on a phone. So the site serves every photograph in several sizes and compressed without a visible loss of quality, the phone gets only the size it needs, and the frames below the screen load only when the client scrolls to them. A slow site loses them before they reach the form.
An inquiry with a date, a venue and a budget
The form on a photographer's site has one job: to give you a message you can answer straight away. So instead of one message field I ask for the date, the place and a rough budget, and for weddings the wedding date itself, so the inquiry lands in your inbox complete, without three emails back and forth just to find out whether the date is even free.
An English version for couples from abroad
If you photograph weddings of Poles living abroad, or couples who marry in Poland from the other end of Europe, a second language version opens a second market for you. The English version is included in the Business site package, and on the site below you can see it in practice: a couple in London reads at the same address exactly what a couple in Kraków reads.

Being found in Google
Clients look for a photographer in Google and on Instagram, and Google shows a site when it understands what is on it and does not have to wait for it. I lay the structure out around what your clients search for, every section gets its own heading and description, and load speed is an official ranking signal. That is the foundation, not SEO work: I do not promise a position in the results, because it also depends on the competition in your city.
When is a builder enough? If you photograph on the side, shoot a dozen or so sessions a year and every inquiry comes from Instagram, a builder for a few dozen złoty a month will show your photographs and there is no reason to pay me more. The line is whether the site has to bring clients in on its own, because then speed on a phone, the form and whether Google shows the site at all are what count.
This is the site I built for a wedding photographer
Kocham Fotografować is the site of wedding photographer Adrianna Czesny, built as the Business site package and maintained under the Care plan. It is live at kochamfotografowac.pl in Polish and English, so instead of a mockup you are looking at a real, working site through which clients ask about available dates.
A site that has to sell with photographs and collect availability inquiries from couples planning a wedding in Poland or abroad.
Scope
Eight sections: selected work, weddings, wedding stories, couples’ reviews, studio sessions, about, questions and contact. An inquiry form with date, venue and budget. An English version for couples from abroad. The homepage is live today and the next subpages are being built.
The domain is registered to the client, the site runs on my hosting under the Care plan, and content changes such as a new review or new photos go live within 48 hours.

I cannot put into words my gratitude and, at the same time, my delight at my new website!
I have been running my business for over 10 years, and a professional website was the element my company was missing. Until now I ended up with people who pretended they knew how to do this, and the result was a site that looked like it was from 15 years ago. Elements working incorrectly, forms that did not work… that is only a small tip of what I had to deal with. Today, for the first time, I feel that my website finally reflects my real level and highlights my skills instead of taking away from them. I am a wedding photographer working in Poland and across Europe. At last I feel that my website can underline my professionalism and is at a world-class level. Thank you, Patryk, for the incredible input and commitment… the hours of consultations and, finally, the end result. A result that will bring in new clients.
Adrianna wrote this review in Polish, and the text above is its English translation.
For a photographer I build the Business site package: the same price and the same delivery time you see in the price list on the homepage, because selected work, the offer, couples' reviews and the inquiry form all fit inside its scope with nothing added on top. The exception is a gallery of hundreds of photographs, which I get to below.

prices and scope from the homepage price list, introductory price until 31 Oct 2026
Introductory prices apply to contracts signed by 31 October 2026, after which the list prices return. All amounts are final: I operate under the Polish VAT exemption, so no tax is added on top of the prices shown.
You pay in two instalments of 50%: the first once you approve the vision of the site, the second only after you accept the finished site. The first conversation and the vision itself cost nothing, so the first money changes hands only once you approve it. Delivery counts from the day I have the complete photographs and texts, and I help with the texts as part of the package.
The package assumes selected work: frames that show how you photograph, instead of an archive of every session. The archive itself is no mysterious service: a gallery or session categories are further subpages, and those have fixed prices in the add-ons list, at the start or long after delivery. The one thing I price individually is private password-protected galleries for couples, because they change both the work and the way the site stores photographs, and I say so at the first contact, before you pay anything.
A photographer's site lives by the rhythm of the season: new frames join the selected work, a new review arrives after a session, and the prices change once a year. Below is who puts that in and what it costs, and the three rows after it say what stays yours the whole time.
New photographs and reviews
You do not get a panel to click through, you get me: under the Care plan you email the photographs or the text of a review, and the changes are live within 48 hours, with no limit on how many. Care costs 149 zł a month or 1 490 zł for a year upfront and includes hosting, backups and monitoring. Without the Care plan, every content change is a separate job at 150 zł. When Care is paid a year upfront, cancelling does not refund the fee, and the site stays on my hosting until the end of the paid year. Care plan and add-ons, price list on the homepage
Domain
Registered in your name and paid by you directly to the registrar.
Site code
You get it as a package at handover, together with a build ready to upload to any hosting.
Hosting
With me only for as long as you want it: on a plan from the price list above, cancellable at any time.
The domain is registered to your details and paid by you directly at the registrar, so there is never a moment when I would have to hand it over to you. The code comes at handover as a package: the sources together with the built version, ready to upload to any host, and after every fix you get an up-to-date package. After cancelling, the site stops running on my hosting but stays entirely yours, because the same files run at any provider. On a move, only the contact form needs separate configuration, and later content changes need the site rebuilt, so that is work for a developer, yours or mine as an add-on from the price list.
5 200 zł at the introductory price for contracts signed by 31 October 2026, then 6 500 zł, and that is the final amount, because I operate under the Polish VAT exemption. For that you get up to six pages, photographs served sized for the phone, a booking inquiry form with date, venue and budget, the English version, a Google Business Profile set up and linked to the site, and a guaranteed performance score with a report, and you receive the finished site 14 business days after the complete materials arrive. On Adrianna's site the homepage is live so far, and the next pages are in progress. An online booking calendar is not part of the package: connecting a booking system to the form is the extended contact form from the add-on price list at 500 zł, and I price a separate booking system on the site at the first contact, before you pay anything.
Will a gallery of hundreds of photographs fit on the site?
The package fits selected work, the frames that show best how you photograph. On a phone a client looks at photographs one at a time, so a dozen good frames in a section do more work than three hundred in one gallery, and they do not weigh the site down. If you also want a gallery or an archive of sessions in categories, those are additional subpages with fixed prices from the add-ons list, and private password-protected galleries I price separately before we start.
Isn't Instagram enough on its own?
Instagram is where clients find you, and the site is where they write to you. On a profile the offer is a few lines of bio, and an inquiry arrives as a message with no date and no venue. The site puts the same things in order: selected work, the offer, reviews and a form that asks for everything you need to reply, at an address that belongs to you. The two channels work together: on the photographer's site above, the footer leads to her Instagram profiles.
Should a photographer's website run on WordPress?
WordPress makes sense when you publish several times a week and other people write for you. A photographer's site changes with the season, a few times a year, so you pay for a panel you hardly use and for plugin updates someone has to do. A site under my care has no panel and no plugins, and on the Care plan I make the content changes myself within 48 hours. The full comparison of yearly costs, with the numbers, is on a separate page.
Will a wedding photographer's site also be in English?
Yes, within the price of the Business site package. I prepare and check the translation myself, and the English version runs at the same address under /en/, as on the site above. A language version added after launch costs 900 zł, because it is a separate deployment and a second check of a live site.
An inquiry through the form is not an order and commits you to nothing: you can write just for the price and the timeline, and decide later or not at all. I reply within 2 business days, with the amount from the price list and a deadline counted from the complete materials, and if your needs fall outside a package, I say so straight away: add-ons have fixed prices on the price list, and I quote work outside that list before we start. The first conversation and the vision of your site cost nothing, so the first money appears only once you approve that vision. The introductory prices apply to contracts signed by 31 October 2026.
